Richbourg, on behalf of the Huguenot inhabitants of Manikantown {sic} Manakin, Goochland County, Virginia, asks the Council of Virginia to call a town meeting so that new elders can be elected in their parish. Signed by J. Lacatre (?), E. Chaplain, A. Vapine, E. Cheneault, and A. Salle.
