The Albemarle Paper Manufacturing Company was incorporated in Richmond, Virginia, on February 15, 1887. During the period covered by these records, the Albemarle Company acquired the Dixie Paper Mills of Richmond.
Scope and Content Information
Recorded are the minutes of meetings of the board of directors and stockholders of the company. Volume 1 contains a copy of the company's act of incorporation and bylaws. Volume 2 and 3 include the president's reports to stockholders. Includes list of company's officers and members of the board of directors. Each volume is indexed by meeting dates.
