Scope and Content

These series (APA 287, APA 288) consists of volumes and lists of the names of members of the House of Delegates. The volumes contain the names and pay records of delegates including mileage traveled, dates of attendance, and the amounts they were paid.

This series (APA 289) consists of lists that were designed to be used for recording the votes of members, but instead were used as payrolls. Each list has the members name, either a check or the name struck through, and the amount of money paid to the member.
