Scope and Content
Lunenburg County (Va.) Public Buildings and Grounds, 1855-1866 and undated. The materials consist of reports, orders, specifications, and architectural renderings for various county buildings created over a period of years at the behest of the Lunenburg County justices. Included are specifications for a new jail and clerk's office (1855), a railing for the courthouse square (1857), and floor plans and elevations of a proposed courthouse (undated).
The undated drawings in these materials may related to the written specifications, however, that was not possible to conclusively determine based on the original arrangement.
