Items were orginally part of the Longwood Collection, but it unknown when or by whom they were donated or added. Items were then transfered from Longwood to the Moton Musuem for their collections
Biographical / Historical
Published between the years of 1965 and 1969, the Voice of Prince Edward County was an independent, privately financed newspaper out of Farmville, Virginia. The paper focused on issues important to African-American Resigends of Prince Edward County, many who had been effected by the school closings from 1959-1964.
