Scope and Contents

This letter was written from Norfolk, Virginia on March 16, 1899. The stationary uses a New Atlantic Hotel letterhead. The letter was written to Mrs. T. H. Bliss, wife of Tasker H. Bliss, in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. It was written by her brother. It discusses her brother's time in Norfolk waiting to return to Pennsylvania, and lists visits he made.
