Letter from William Collins, Warren [Rhode Island] to Charles Collins, Newport, Rhode Island, requesting information about a chain for sale, noting he needs "one of 1 inch and about 50 fathoms" and an anchor "suitable for a chain of about 800 pounds."  March 23, 1831.
