Scope and Contents

Letter from Robert Hoakerly, New York, to George Eddie, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, asking Eddie to negotiate a draft on Col. Finnie of Williamsburg, Va. and protest a bill of [Mr.] Drewed, who was in Yorktown with the British troops and now keeps a tavern in Williamsburg.  March 29, 1782.
