Apart from the well known portraits of Thomas J. Underwood (married a Jackson), 15) Stonewall Jackson's Aunt, 16) George W. Jackson, 17) Annie R. Jackson, 18) Edward Jackson, 19) Crocker, 20) Steward, 21) George W. Jackson' on cover in gothic lettering of faded gold. On evidence of the labeling on the backs of the cdvs, most of these portraits were produced by studios in Wytheville, Virginia, or Mathew Brady's studio in Washington, D.C. Others were produced by studios located in Alexandria, Lynchburg, and Richmond, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; Louisville, Kentucky; and Wheeling, West Virginia. Also includes two-page letter sketching the genealogy of the George W. Jackson family by Maria Gibson, his aunt, which includes description of the genealogical relationship between George W.
