Genealogy research records compiled by Franklin Brand regarding the William Fleming family for his book entitled "The William
Fleming family (a genealogy) with a brief account of some other Flemings of Delaware". The book is available at the West Virginia
Collection. William Fleming was born in 1717 and served in the American Revolution. The genealogy papers and book trace The
William Fleming family up to 1930, and in a few cases up to 1941.
