Fairmont, W. Va., 27 April 1863: F. Parich, Major, to J. B. Hirons, Adjutant, "Call your battalion in at Mannington immediately
for active service"; and J. B. Hirons to Capt. Hall, "Report immediately with your Company to Mannington."
