Annual reports for the West Virginia University Library submitted by the Library to University President John R. Turner for
the years 1929-1930 and 1933-1934 through 1939-1940. Also includes annual reports of the law library from 1935-1936 and 1937-1938,
and a letter written to the President about the Library budget.
