Specimen slides of the Biology Department. Slide frames include annotations for 1) numeric codes, 2) latin terminology, and
3) geographic location by county name. Slides from the western United States are from the collection of biologist William
T. Jackson, who worked at West Virginia University from 1949-1950. Other slides are from the general collection of the Biology
Department.
