governing bodies of WVU; inaugurations of Gov. W. G. Conley; a history of the WVU Board of Governors and an outline of the
work program and organization of the Campus office of the Board, including lists of WVU items collected as a beginning of
a library; and explanation of a map of WVU real estate holdings giving date of acquisition and source of gift or purchase.
Also included, are biographical sketches of one hundred and eleven prominent men and women in West Virginia.
