Abstract

Certificate of Incorporation of the Hess Dustless Mining Machine Company, July 3, 1912, in the town of Ansted, Fayette County. Certificate also lists the objects and purposes for which the corporation was formed, the amount of the total authorized capital stock, and the names and addresses in incorporators and the number of shares of stock subscribed for by each. Agreement expired 1962 July 9.
