Quarterly receipts for payments due to the United States, from the Postmaster at French Creek, (West) Virginia, including money paid or deposited with the Postmaster and the amount due on the quarterly account. Individuals include William S. Summer, Postmaster (1943-1852); Eli McWhorter, Contractor (1843); George M. Tolbert, Contractor (1843-1851); Greensville Marshall, Contractor (1849-1851); Robert Johnson, Contractor (1851-1852).
