Abstract
One typescript, autographed copy of a speech made by Peter D. Beter, candidate for the Republican nomination of Governor of W.Va., at the Mountainlair, during the closing program of the Festival of Ideas on Wednesday evening. Feb. 7, 1968. Also includes four photostat copies of building plans of Independence hall in Wheeling, W.Va., where the new state of West Virginia was established.
