Scope and Contents

Materials from the Eberly College of Arts & Sciences Time Capsule, representing what it means to be a Mountaineer in 2018. The time capsule was created in conjunction with the 2018 campus read book, Station Eleven , and was interred on the college's 25th anniversary. The physical time capsule, containing artifacts from the College, departments, programs, and student organizations, was buried for 20 years, to be excavated in 2038. This collection includes the list of items that went into the pysical time capsule, as well as its location. A digital time capsule, filled with students' items was also created. This collection includes an inventory of the digital items as well as the files themselves, in PDF and JPG formats.
