Scope and Contents

Papers documenting Larry Gibson, an environmentalist and anti-mining activist from Kayford Mountain, WV. Gibson was greatly involved with the Sierra Club, the Keeper of the Mountains Foundation, and the Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition. Papers include video and audio recordings of interviews Millimet conducted with Gibson and other residents of Kayford Mountain, publications written about Gibson, and more.
