Abstract

The ledgers of a rural Wetzel County post office containing receipts and combined registers of money orders issued and cash books recording the sale of postage stamps and domestic money orders. There is also an account book of the Charles S. Phillips General Store containing along with the ledger receipts, business papers and personal letters.
