Biographical / Historical
C.P. Dorr was a politician who started as a member of the Webster Springs town council and went on to serve in the House of Delegates before being elected in 1896 to the Third District Congressional seat. He was not renominated in 1898 and decided to retire from politics for private law practice in Webster Springs.
