Abstract
Two microfilm copies of a merchant's day book from Middletown in Berkeley County, West Virginia, from 1 January 1795 to 31
December 1798. Records goods purchased, amount, date of purchase, and name of customer. Goods include food, such as spirits,
sugar, salt, flour, and corn; paper, pins, shoe heels, combs, saddles, and other household items. This material is available
