Scope and Content Information
This letter, June 21, 1939, from Alger Hiss, Washington, D.C., to John M. Maury, Dunlora, Charlottesville, Virginia, expresses his and Priscilla's delight at having learned that Maury was married. He says that they would like to get together, and extends a standing invitation to stay with them whenever he and his new wife come to the area.
