Biographical/Historical Information
General Sir Hugh Simpson-Baikie ([1871?]- 1924), a British general, served in the Royal Regiment of Horse Artillery and the Egyptian Expeditionary Force during World War I.
Scope and Content Information
This addition to the Joseph M. Bruccoli Great War Collection consists of a 7x 10 sepia photograph of Major General Sir Hugh Simpson-Baikie, seated and in uniform [ca. 1920]. In the control folder is a letter from the Imperial War Museum containing biographical information about Sir Hugh Simpson-Baikie.
