This additional Lena Barksdale material, ca. 1926-1950, consists of twenty-four typescripts of short stories, book reviews, questions concerning Albemarle County and University of Virginia history, and poetry, by Lena Barksdale.
Short story and article titles include: "Thomas Jefferson's Albemarle: Its Old Roads and Taverns," "The Admiral Who Stumbled," "The Jewel Princess," "Uncle Bob Scott," "According to Grandma," "Cousin Laura," "Smart John," and "The King Who Couldn't Cook."
