Scope and Content Information
This group of papers pertaining to the Libertarian Party consists of 385 items covering 1978 and 1983-1986. The major portion contains correspondence, 1983-1986, of John E. Erb with senators and representatives, journalists and broadcasters, organizations, and other Libertarian Party members concerning social and economic issues, government, and current problems. Carbon copies of Erb's letters make up a substantial part of the correspondence. In addition, there is printed material about the party, including a campaign folder for John Northrup's gubernatorial candidacy and issues of the Libertarian Party News .
