This collection of six local history articles by Delmar F. Weaver contains twelve items, 1985-1986, consisting of an electrostatic copy of each manuscript and a newspaper clipping of each as it appeared in the Madison Eagle. The articles include: "The Transportation Business of B.F. Weaver, 1833-1905," "Locust Dale Academy, 1858-1911," "The Blue Ridge Turnpike from Gordonsville to New Market, Virginia," "The Swift Run Gap Turnpike and the Fredericksburg and Valley Plank Road Companies," The Madison Court-house and Orange Railroad Company," and "Liberty Mills on the Rapidan."
