Scope and Content Information
Langston Hughes, Atlanta University, Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia, to Herbert Kingsley, New York City, writes that he was unable to contact him while in New York last weekend. He also expresses delight to have their song Little Old Letter made into a movie short, agreeing to any necessary lyric changes, and asking him if he needed an additional verse. He asks what is happening with their songs currently at the Decca recording studio intended for album, and says it took him fourteen months to complete the lyrics for the show Street Scene" .
