Scope and Content Information
In this letter, 1874 August 14, Robert Dale Owen informs W[illiam] D[ean] Howells, editor of the Atlantic Monthly , that he is working on an article, "How I Came to Study Spiritual Phenomena," and plans to send it in time for the November issue. Owen also mentions his last article, "Wild Oats," and his publisher, George W. Carleton.
