Scope and Content Information

William Ware, writes to an unidentified correspondent, in defense of his position to exclude from publication in the Christian Examiner any attacks on Christianity, including articles hostile in part or in spirit. The sermon in question would seem unfavorable to Christianity as a miraculous revelation. Liberals found no harm in it, but the language about miracles is not sufficiently explicit. He defines miracles as a suspension or violation of known laws of nature. In addition, he requests a copy of the Princeton Review .
