This handwritten recipe book contains chiefly recipes of desserts or other sweets such as custards, puddings, cakes, pies, preserves, and jams but also contains recipes for soups and meatball, ham, chicken, lobster, and oyster dishes. There is an alphabetical index of the recipes at the front.
