In this letter to Mr. Stevens, Eliza Orne White states that the intention of her childrens books is to show character is more important than money. Refers to Dr. [Arcturus] Conrad's opinion that National Recovery Act should/be "National Religions Awakening." Feels that World's problems are unsolvable without good neighbor policy.
