Scope and Content Information

This collection consists of one letter from T.S. Eliot to Walter Elder, regrets that he is unable to take part in a literary conference at Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio, because ... "My visit to this country was only designed for two months - I came on this occasion as publisher and not as a lecturer - and I shall sail at the end of this month, or as soon after as I can get a passage."
