Scope and Content Information

This collection consists of one letter from T.S. Eliot, London, to Dunstan Thompson, London; requests that DT send poems to Marguerite Sermoneta for a new literary magazine she is founding in Rome; says that payment will be according to American, not European standards; emphasizes that MS is an old friend whom he is anxious to help. Postscript explains that his inclusion of MS's royal title is intended to avoid confusion with her sister-in-law.
