In a letter to Messrs. Hilliard, Gray and Co., Charles Wentworth Upham proposes, on behalf of Harriet Martineau, collecting and republishing her anonymous writings; in a third letter to R.G. [Beardslee?] Upham responds to his invitation to address the Young Men's Association of Albany, and mentions a throat problem.
