Scope and Content Information
This bound volume, entitled "Professional Correspondence of Gilbert S. Bahn 1982-1988, "contains corrrespondence, memoranda, reports, surveys, newsletters, resumes and employment data, and related papers concerning Gilbert Schuyler Bahn's work as an Engineering Specialist at Hampton Technical Center, a division of the Planning Research Corporation, 1981-1988, formerly Kentron International, Inc., with whom he was employed from 1973-1981. There are papers relating to the Schuyler Technical Library (founded by Bahn in 1952), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center, Columbia Pacific University, the American Chemical Society, and California Polytechnic State University. Topics discussed include various aspects of combustion kinetics and Hurricane Allen (1984).
