    Rental of house "lately occupied by William Archer, " the stable and garden attached and owned by W. A. Stuart and Joseph Kent. Rented by Isaac Eversole and Henry Wohlford for $2.25 per month.

    Land formerly occupied by Nathan Henley and wife by a deed of trust with Joseph Kent dated 21 January 1858. Kent notified that he would sell the land on 13 March 1874 to the highest bidder at public auction. Land was 100 acres that adjoined land of George W. Gleaves.
